Days just seem to fly by. I was just trying to remember what I did on Saturday??? Hmm, Jim and I walked the dog, got a few things done around here, went to the gym, and we watched Nathan's basketball game.
Sunday was a fun day. First church, then Nathans 10th birthday at the place of his choice - Joe's Crab Shack. Then we all went to Lisa's house to visit and eat ice cream cake. The kids played and it was a fun family birthday day.
Today was a very busy day. Laundry, dusting, vacuum, dishes, exercise at the gym, gas up the car, get groceries.
Now I'm tired and I better go to bed soon because I'm starting to get hungry!

Remember to put low-cal, high protein snacks through out the day so you don't get too hungry. That way your blood sugar won't get to high or to low! Even if you are not diabetic it's good advice! love you
