Just save up all your boxes!
I didn't take Conner to his preschool classes this week because he had a runny nose and that annoying post nasal cough. Not the best for all the other kids in the room to share his coughs and snot!
So had one of those weeks that was , well let me just say more challenging! He's a very active 2 year old and like most his age doesn't want to play independently yet.
So yesterday I gathered up several boxes of different shapes and sizes. Not too big so that he could handle them. I taped them shut and piled them on the floor.
He had the best time stacking them up over and over and over again..................but the best part of all was kicking them down!

Thats a cool idea, I used to get big big boxes and let them crawl in and out, and one time, we had a HUGE box we cut windows and a door in like a play house.
LOL That's so funny! I remember when mine were that age at Christmas and they were given all of these presents and they just wanted to play with the boxes and ribbons! I love their creative minds! :) Give him a big hug for me until I get to see him again!
